Cured Boneless Ham in Maple & Sugar Brine from North Country Smokehouse, New Hampshire

Don't underestimate the deliciousness of a classic holiday cured ham. This ham a blend of maple sugar and spices, is smoked at a high temperature over genuine applewood chips which imparts the perfect sweet-smoky balance.

North Country Smokehouse is a USDA-certified smokehouse and is hormone- and antibiotic-free.

Average size is 10lb but could be a little under or over.
